We're primarily consultants and engineers, not a reseller. We design the right solution and can either procure circuits on your behalf or work with your existing providers. Our advice is vendor-agnostic — we recommend what's best for you, not what earns us the biggest margin.

Can you help with sites that have limited connectivity options?

Yes — this is one of our strengths. We've connected sites in rural areas, industrial estates with poor infrastructure, and temporary locations where standard options weren't available. Solutions include bonded 4G/5G, fixed wireless access, satellite, and creative routing of circuits from nearby exchanges.

How does 4G/5G failover work?

A cellular router or integrated WAN interface monitors your primary circuit. When it detects a failure — loss of connectivity, high latency, or packet loss — traffic automatically fails over to the 4G/5G connection. When the primary circuit recovers, traffic fails back. This can be fully automatic with no manual intervention required.

Can you replace our MPLS network with SD-WAN?

In most cases, yes. SD-WAN over internet circuits (leased lines and broadband) can deliver comparable or better performance than MPLS at a fraction of the cost. We design the migration plan, coordinate circuit installs, and manage the cutover — including parallel running during the transition period.

Do you manage ongoing connectivity issues?
